Join Techdome’s fast-growing marketing team as a Digital Marketing Executive and play an active role in driving impactful digital campaigns across multiple platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and optimize data-driven marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand presence, generate quality leads, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies across social, search, and performance channels.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, audience behavior, and growth opportunities.
Create, manage, and optimize content for social media, blogs, landing pages, and websites.
Independently manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), including content planning, posting, engagement, and performance tracking.
Run, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads with a focus on ROI and lead quality.
Support outreach and lead generation activities through platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn, and email campaigns.
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools and dashboards.
Collaborate with design, sales, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Continuously test new ideas, creatives, and channels to improve campaign effectiveness.

Preferred Skills & Experience

1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and performance marketing metrics.
Practical experience managing paid campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and/or Google Ads.
Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Google Sheets, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
Strong communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Curiosity-driven mindset with a passion for learning new marketing trends and tools.

Qualification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Analytics will be an added advantage.
