About the Role

As a QA Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring product quality, reliability, and performance across releases.
You’ll work closely with:
  • Software Engineers
  • Product Managers
  • Business Analysts
  • Engineering Leaders
Your focus will be to identify risks early, improve testing strategies, and enable confident releases.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform end-to-end manual testing to validate functionality and stability
  • Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts (web applications)
  • Conduct API testing and automation using Rest Assured
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Identify, log, and track defects using standard tools
  • Contribute to test planning, test case creation, and execution
  • Improve QA processes and automation frameworks
  • Explore AI-driven testing tools and modern QA practices
  • Ensure high-quality, stable, and reliable software releases

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in QA (Manual + Automation)
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Selenium or Playwright
    • TestNG, Maven
    • BDD (Cucumber – good to have)
  • Strong experience in manual testing using tools like:
    • JIRA, TestRail, ClickUp, AgileTest
  • Strong experience in API testing & automation using Rest Assured
  • Postman (good to have)
  • Basic programming knowledge in Java, Python, or JavaScript
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum workflows
  • Curiosity and willingness to explore AI in testing

Good to Have / Preferred Skills

  • Experience with MCP Server
  • Exposure to performance testing
    • Tools like Locust, K6, Playwright
  • Database testing experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies
