About the Role

We're looking for a Technical Product Owner who can take complete ownership of product features from discovery and requirement gathering to release planning and production rollout.
This role goes far beyond documentation. You'll collaborate closely with Founders, Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, QA, and Business teams to define product strategy, prioritize features, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own product features from discovery through production release.
  • Gather, analyze, and prioritize business, customer, and stakeholder requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear technical requirements for engineering teams.
  • Create and maintain Product Backlogs, User Stories, Epics, Acceptance Criteria, BRDs, FRDs, and Functional Specifications.
  • Lead Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews, and Release Planning.
  • Define product roadmaps alongside business and engineering stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI Designers on workflows, wireframes, and user journeys.
  • Conduct stakeholder workshops and requirement discussions.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production releases, and post-release validation.
  • Analyze customer feedback, product usage, and business metrics to recommend product improvements.
  • Work closely with Engineering, QA, Design, and Business teams throughout the SDLC.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve requirement analysis, documentation, product discovery, and overall productivity.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or Product Manager.
  • Experience working on B2C digital products.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience owning products or major product features end-to-end.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Product Backlog Management
    • Sprint Planning & Release Planning
    • Product Roadmapping
    • User Stories, Epics & Acceptance Criteria
    • BRDs, FRDs & Functional Documentation
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to balance customer needs, business priorities, and technical feasibility.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Comfortable working across multiple products simultaneously.
