Anyone can build a GenAI demo in a weekend. Making it work for real users, inside enterprise constraints, on a real deadline and budget, is where products are won. As our Product Manager for GenAI and Enterprise Software, that’s your job.

At Techdome, we build AI-first products for enterprise clients in FinTech, Healthcare, E-commerce, EdTech, Logistics, and SaaS. Our engineers, designers, and AI specialists are excellent. We need a PM who turns that talent into shipped products: someone who catches the unclear requirement, the dropped handoff, and the unspoken risk before they become delays.

The Role in One Line

You own each product from the first client conversation to launch and beyond: scope, schedule, budget, risk, and the client relationship.

What You’ll Work On

Your portfolio will blend two worlds. On the GenAI side: LLM-powered applications, RAG systems, conversational assistants, autonomous AI agents, and end-to-end workflow automation. On the enterprise side: scalable software platforms with integrations, security, and compliance requirements to match. Every product has to launch on time, stay within budget, and move the metrics our clients care about.

What You’ll Do

  • Shape the product: Turn client vision into clear scope, milestones, timelines, and budgets that are ambitious but grounded in technical reality.
  • Keep teams in sync: Coordinate UI/UX, frontend, backend, mobile, QA, DevOps, and business analysts so handoffs are clean and nothing is left to assumption.
  • Take GenAI from demo to production: Work with ML engineers to make prototypes reliable, scalable, and safe, with attention to accuracy, latency, evaluation, and cost per query.
  • Bridge GenAI and enterprise needs: Fit AI features into client systems through APIs and integrations, while meeting enterprise expectations for security, data privacy, and uptime.
  • Become fluent in the client’s world: Learn their industry, regulations, and compliance needs, and convert them into requirements the team can build without guesswork.
  • Lead people and partners: Plan team capacity, manage third-party vendors (including LLM and cloud providers), and hold everyone to clear commitments.
  • Raise risks early: Run structured change control and flag delivery, technical, and AI-specific risks (privacy, bias, hallucinations, prompt injection, runaway costs) while they’re still cheap to fix.
  • Report honestly: Track progress in JIRA or Azure DevOps and give clients and leadership clear, no-surprise updates.
  • Work smarter with AI: Use AI tools to speed up documentation, planning, tracking, and reporting.

What Success Looks Like

  • First 30 days: You learn our delivery process, meet the team, and get up to speed on active client projects.
  • By 60 days: You independently lead at least one project, owning the plan, the risks, and the client relationship.
  • By 90 days: You’ve delivered a key milestone, improved how we run projects, and earned the trust of your team and clients.

What You Bring

Must have
  • 3+ years as a Product Manager delivering complex enterprise software on time and within budget
  • Hands-on GenAI experience, ideally having shipped at least one LLM, RAG, or agent-based product, with a clear grasp of the AI lifecycle and its risks
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams across design, engineering, QA, and DevOps
  • Working knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall, and tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, Trello, or Asana
  • Technical grounding in the SDLC, APIs, microservices, databases, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), and CI/CD, enough to challenge estimates and earn engineers’ respect
  • Strong judgment in managing risk, change, vendors, and stakeholders
Nice to have
  • Familiarity with LLM evaluation, guardrails, and cost-optimization practices
  • PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, CSPO, or an AI/cloud certification
  • Deep expertise in a specific industry, especially FinTech or Healthcare
  • Exposure to multiple domains, and the curiosity to learn a new one fast
