About the Role

Most companies run ads. We want someone who builds the machine behind them.

As our Growth & GTM Engineer, you will own the path from “who should we target?” to “which campaign brought us this customer?” You will identify our best-fit customers, sharpen how we position each product and service, choose the channels that deliver, and turn ad spend into a predictable flow of qualified leads and revenue.

Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) will be your main channel, supported by Google, LinkedIn, and newer platforms. You will manage the budget, read the numbers, and keep doubling down on what works.

What You Will Own

Go-To-Market Strategy
  • Define our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and identify the highest-potential segments.
  • Build positioning and messaging for each product and service.
  • Choose the right channel mix for every offering.
  • Run launches end to end, from planning to live campaigns.
  • Work with design, product, and sales so our story stays consistent everywhere.
Paid Growth
  • Run Meta Ads end to end: audiences, creative testing, bidding, and scaling.
  • Plan, launch, and scale campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
  • Own the ad budget and make sure every rupee earns its place.
  • Build and optimize the full funnel, from first click to closed deal.
Tracking & Analytics
  • Set up and maintain tracking: pixels, Conversions API, event tagging, and UTM structures.
  • Monitor CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS in GA4 and other analytics tools.
  • Run A/B tests on ads, landing pages, messaging, and audiences, and document the learnings.
  • Keep CRM data clean and share performance reports the team can act on.
AI & Automation
  • Use AI tools to speed up ad copy, creative production, campaign optimization, and reporting.

What Success Looks Like

  • Cost per qualified lead falls while lead volume and quality rise month on month.
  • Tracking is reliable, and every lead can be traced back to its source.
  • Winning campaigns are scaled, and losing ones are stopped quickly.
  • Leadership gets a clear weekly view of spend, pipeline, and revenue impact.

Your First 90 Days

  • Month 1: Audit existing tracking, campaigns, and funnel. Fix gaps in the pixel, Conversions API, and UTMs. Draft the ICP and messaging.
  • Month 2: Launch ICP-based test campaigns on Meta and one other platform. Start structured creative and landing page tests.
  • Month 3: Scale what works, cut what doesn’t, and set up a regular reporting rhythm with sales and leadership.

  • Comfort owning a budget and being accountable for results.
  • A solid grasp of funnels, audience segmentation, and retargeting.
  • Working knowledge of GA4 and a CRM or marketing automation tool.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for copywriting and creative.
  • Strong Google Sheets or Excel skills.
  • Clear communication and sharp analytical thinking.
  • A bias for action and excitement about building from zero.
